Assistant Accounting Supervisor

We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full set of accounts including but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, petty cash and fixed assets management
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

      • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Level 3 equivalent 
      • A minimum of 3 years’ full set accounting experience
      • Experience in using ERP-SAGE preferred
      • Proficient in MS Office application, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
      • Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently

Engineer / Assistant Engineer / Graduate Engineer

We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quotation and tender preparation for maintenance projects
  • Assist in project budgeting, schedule, manpower plan and equipment requirement for the maintenance projects
  • Work with the team including both office and field staff and provide technical assistance
  • Assist the project engineer in overall monitoring and control of maintenance works
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

      • Higher Diploma holder or above in Mechanical Engineering
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance projects / works 
      • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
      • Self-motivated, able to work independently and good communication skills
      • Good problem-solving, organizing and planning skills
      • Advanced skills in AutoCAD
      • Candidates with less experience or lower qualification may be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer
      • Fresh graduates / recent graduates with academic qualification accredited by HKIE may be considered for the position of Graduate Engineer and Scheme A training will be offered

Business Development Manager (3-year Contract)

We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the waste management and environmental engineering industries in China
  • Explore new market and seek potential business collaboration opportunities in China
  • Develop and execute the company’s business development strategies and plans, set business development goals and metrics that align with the company's overall strategic objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government, industry partners and potential clients

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Environmental Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the waste management or environmental sector
  • Strong understanding of the waste management industry and environment industry in China
  • Good command of English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua is a must)
  • Frequent travel to China is required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Quality Assurance and Environmental Officer

We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain the Quality and Environmental (Q&E) management system to ensure compliance with ISO standards
  • Conduct internal audits, prepare for ISO certification audits, and develop project-specific Q&E plans
  • Deliver internal training on quality assurance and environmental management topics
  • Provide support to corporate and business units on Q&E matters
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Q&E processes, including reviewing and updating manuals and procedures
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline, candidates with Science or Engineering background will be preferred
  • Certified Internal Auditor with a minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and willing to learn
  • Strong communication skill and good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, and Excel

Registered Safety Officer

We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations through effective communication and collaboration with management, project team, site personnel, subcontractors, clients and government representatives
  • Develop and deliver safety and health training, and organize safety promotion activities
  • Perform risk assessments and regular site inspections to maintain site safety
  • Prepare monthly safety report and other safety documents
  • Carry out incident investigation and formulate incident prevention programme
  • Coordinate with other safety officers in daily safety and health activities

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in engineering, occupational safety, environmental science, or other related disciplines
  • Registered Safety Officer is a must
  • Completed safety training technique courses from approved training organization
  • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in handling health and safety issues in construction site or E & M projects; experience in the projects under Development Bureau is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and contribute effectively to team’s operations
  • Possess innovative mindset and with “can do” attitude
